The Belgian construction group VALERES has concluded a joint venture with VALAD Property for the construction of a business district in Contern, Luxemburg
At the end of November VALERES Konstruktioun S.A., the Luxemburg daughter company of VALERES, will start with the foundation work and the construction of the first office building (3.000m²). The office will be delivered after the summer of 2008. The entire business district (24.000m²) counts 8 buildings of the same size with an underground and above ground parking space for more than 1.000 cars. The rent is 16 Euro/m²/month.
The site is located at 10 min. from Luxemburg city centre and 5 min. from the airport.
